Performed thorough examination of main electrical panel, verifying proper circuit breaker operation, checking all wire connections for tightness and signs of overheating, and inspecting copper ground wire bundles for integrity. Evaluated exterior meter panel and disconnect switch, confirming secure wire terminations and proper function of electrical contactor. All electrical components found to be operating within normal parameters with no immediate safety concerns identified.
Responded to a clogged basement floor drain with water backup. Upon inspection, discovered a partially broken plastic cap lodged inside the drain assembly with organic buildup restricting water flow. Removed obstruction, cleared debris, and tested drain to confirm proper operation and drainage. Additionally performed maintenance on tankless water heater including flushing, descaling, and cleaning inlet filters. Verified home water pressure was within recommended specifications. All systems restored to normal function.
Completed preventive maintenance inspection on Lennox furnace unit in accordance with membership plan requirements. Performed comprehensive heating system tune-up including visual inspection of all accessible components, electrical connections, gas line connections, venting system, and control board operation.
