Responded to service call for 5-year-old Daikin mini-split system (model FVXB15NVJU) on top floor with reported inadequate cooling performance. Upon arrival, accessed unit through unlocked back door and performed diagnostic evaluation of the indoor fan coil unit. Measured and documented supply air temperature at 72°F using calibrated digital thermometer. Inspected unit nameplate data confirming specifications: 208/230V single-phase operation, 0.29A FLA, manufactured 2019 in Japan. Conducted visual inspection of indoor unit casing and components, documenting unit condition through photography for service records. System evaluation completed to assess cooling capacity and performance issues affecting upper floor temperature control.
Replaced aging 50-year-old electrical meter with new 200 amp service meter on residential property. Installation included new mast pipe, weatherhead, and two-point grounding system to bring service up to current code standards. Coordinated with utility company for scheduled power shutdown and restoration, obtained necessary permit, and scheduled municipal inspection for final approval.

Responded to warranty callback for AC system and thermostat intermittently powering off with display going blank on equipment installed less than two years ago. Inspected thermostat wiring at wall-mounted unit, verified all low-voltage connections at terminal block including C, Y1, OB, and W1 terminals. Checked power supply to thermostat, confirmed proper 24VAC at R and C terminals, and tested communication between thermostat and HVAC equipment. System restored to normal operation with thermostat display functioning properly and maintaining set temperature of 84°F.

We had Colton out again because we were still having issues, it ended up being a much bigger issue than originally though. Colton went above and beyond for us, and made sure it was at least temporarily fixed until we can replace the condenser. He explained in detail what exactly was going on and why it was happening, he then took it upon himself to call and check if we still had a warrant through the manufacturer first thing after the weekend, which was wonderful because I wouldn't have even known where to begin. I had the estimate in hand before he called to go over it this morning. We will most definitely be purchasing the new condenser through same day Thanks Colton
We were so happy with our AC maintenance service experience with Colton! He came out right on time, was super friendly, and helped us understand his process and some of things that needed attention. Couldn't be more pleased with him.
Tiernan arrived as scheduled and thoroughly discussed the project - removal of two tanked water heaters and installation of a tankless water heater - with us before beginning work. He described all that was required, obtained the services of an electrician to install a new outlet near the tankless water heater, made adjustments in the placement of new and removal of old gas lines and exhaust vents to accommodate a "cleaner" arrangement of the utilities. He completed the work and cleaned the work area fully before leaving. Excellent service from a very competent and pleasant young man.
