Performed comprehensive cooling maintenance protocol including washing exterior condenser units, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical connections. Replaced air filters on all units including four-inch media filters and one-inch standard filter in hallway location. Additionally addressed non-HVAC issue by diagnosing and resolving malfunctioning smoke detector, identifying low battery as cause and installing new batteries to restore proper operation. Responded to service call for water heater evaluation on standard unit over 6 years old and addressed leaking outdoor hose bib. Inspected exterior wall-mounted brass water spigot showing signs of deterioration and active leak at mounting location where brick and stucco surfaces meet. Documented condition of weathered fixture with blue handle valve body and assessed surrounding wall penetration for proper sealing and potential water intrusion damage.

Completed bathroom tub/shower fixture replacement requiring access through wall cavity. Removed and repaired damaged sheetrock to access plumbing connections in crawl space beneath floor joists. Replaced fixture assembly including valve components and pressure fittings. Work involved coordination between above-floor fixture installation and below-floor copper piping connections. Restored wall surface and ensured all connections were properly sealed and tested for leaks.
