Completed Cool 10+ maintenance inspection on an 11-year-old residential air conditioning system with outdoor condenser unit located in side yard between house and fence. Performed comprehensive system evaluation including visual inspection of electrical disconnect box, condenser unit components, and overall equipment condition to address reported lack of cooling from attic-mounted air handler.
Replaced shower valve in full bathroom with Moen Posi-Temp single handle chrome trim assembly. Removed existing fixture and ran new half-inch PEX water supply lines from bathroom through wall cavity to mechanical room in basement. Accessed plumbing by cutting out necessary sections of drywall in master bathroom and temporarily removing toilet to reach valve location. Installed all required fittings, connections, and mounting hardware to complete installation. New valve and trim tested for proper operation and checked all connections for leaks.
Completed annual air conditioning tune-up on a 10-year-old ground-level condenser unit with no reported issues. Performed standard maintenance procedures including inspection of condenser coils, fan operation verification, and system performance evaluation. Unit operational with no deficiencies noted at time of service.
