Responded to kitchen sink clogging issue. Upon arrival, inspected under-sink plumbing assembly including 3/4 HP Power Series Contractor 333 garbage disposal unit, P-trap configuration, and associated white PVC drainage lines. Assessed entire drain system for blockages and proper flow. Cleared obstruction from kitchen sink drain line, restoring full drainage capability. Verified garbage disposal operation and confirmed all plumbing connections were secure with no leaks present. Tested water flow through disposal and drain assembly to ensure complete resolution of clogging issue.
Responded to water leak emergency in main level bathroom where water was dripping from ceiling. Customer had removed ceiling sheetrock and attempted to access shower valve, breaking the cartridge in the process and disabling water flow. Accessed plumbing through floor opening, assessed damaged shower valve cartridge and corrosion on fixtures. Documented conditions via photos showing access point through tile floor and compromised plumbing components requiring cartridge replacement to restore shower function.
Completed annual plumbing maintenance membership inspection including comprehensive water heater evaluation and flush service. Inspected under-sink drain assembly featuring white PVC tailpiece connected to chrome P-trap with proper wall drain connection, verifying all connections were secure and leak-free. Examined bathroom plumbing fixtures including tub/shower chrome control valve, tub spout, and drain assembly, confirming proper operation and no visible leaks. Water heater inspected and flushed per maintenance protocol; unit is approximately one year old and operating within normal parameters. All plumbing systems found in good working condition with no immediate repairs required.
