Responded to no cooling complaint on 5-year-old AC unit located on northside of home. Upon inspection, found compressor unit heavily covered with dust and debris accumulation, affecting performance. Performed electrical diagnostics using multimeter, recording voltage reading of 33.4 at compressor terminals, and identified wiring connections showing signs of age and exposure requiring attention for proper system operation.

Completed comprehensive plumbing inspection as part of recurring maintenance service. Evaluated wall-mounted tankless water heater reported to be underperforming and inspected associated plumbing connections, pressure gauges, valve assemblies, and gas line installation. Documented system configuration including insulated water lines, pressure monitoring equipment, and flexible supply tubing for maintenance records.
Completed full HVAC system installation including Lennox ML13KC1-030 3-ton air conditioner with RDS communicating board 27A03 and GA Larson TG31A30D175B1605R furnace. Removed existing equipment and installed new condenser unit on EL3030-3 concrete pad positioned on exterior side yard, mounted outdoor disconnect, and ran electrical conduit to meet code requirements. Inside, installed new furnace in mechanical room with limited 17-inch clearance for coil placement, requiring precise positioning and custom sheet metal fabrication to accommodate spatial constraints. Flushed and reused existing refrigerant lineset to maintain system integrity and reduce installation costs. Integrated RDS communicating board for enhanced system communication and diagnostics capability. Retained existing thermostat per specifications and verified compatibility with new communicating system. Installed four 16x25x1 filters for ongoing maintenance. He also seemed very knowledgeable and he was able to fix an issue—which another plumber had said would require cutting through a wall—without cutting through the wall.

We had Colton out again because we were still having issues, it ended up being a much bigger issue than originally though. Colton went above and beyond for us, and made sure it was at least temporarily fixed until we can replace the condenser. He explained in detail what exactly was going on and why it was happening, he then took it upon himself to call and check if we still had a warrant through the manufacturer first thing after the weekend, which was wonderful because I wouldn't have even known where to begin. I had the estimate in hand before he called to go over it this morning. We will most definitely be purchasing the new condenser through same day Thanks Colton
We were so happy with our AC maintenance service experience with Colton! He came out right on time, was super friendly, and helped us understand his process and some of things that needed attention. Couldn't be more pleased with him.
Tiernan arrived as scheduled and thoroughly discussed the project - removal of two tanked water heaters and installation of a tankless water heater - with us before beginning work. He described all that was required, obtained the services of an electrician to install a new outlet near the tankless water heater, made adjustments in the placement of new and removal of old gas lines and exhaust vents to accommodate a "cleaner" arrangement of the utilities. He completed the work and cleaned the work area fully before leaving. Excellent service from a very competent and pleasant young man.
