Responded to gas leak emergency caused by accidental wall penetration during TV mounting attempt. Upon arrival, confirmed gas supply had been shut off as a safety precaution, leaving property without gas service to water heater and HVAC system. Inspected damaged area and located compromised gas line within wall cavity. Assessed extent of damage to black gas pipe and surrounding drywall. Evaluated utility closet containing water heater, pressure tank, and associated plumbing infrastructure to verify system integrity and connections. Documented damage with photographs showing wall penetration and mechanical equipment for repair planning and restoration of gas service.

Inspected water heater installation including pressure relief valve, supply and discharge piping, gas connections, and venting system. It was a big project. Replacing a water heater with a tankless. But Adam did a stellar job taking out the old one and installing the new. Even managed to use my use existing flume to vent exhaust, instead of drilling through the wall to vent. Very happy!
