Responded to no cooling complaint at residential property. Upon arrival, confirmed air handler operating but outdoor condensing unit not engaging. Inspected thermostat and found approximately 30-year-old unit with potential communication issues preventing proper system operation. Evaluated both indoor furnace/air handler located in closet and outdoor AC condensing unit on ground-level pad. Diagnosed thermostat as primary failure point affecting cooling system performance. Provided repair options to property owner for thermostat replacement to restore proper AC functionality.
Completed installation of tankless water heater as standalone system in utility area. Mounted unit to OSB wall backing with proper structural support and connected natural gas supply line with shutoff valve. Installed phosphate filter system for water treatment, configured hot and cold water supply lines using copper piping, and completed all PVC venting requirements extending through ceiling. Verified proper electrical connections, tested unit operation, and confirmed all gas connections for leak-free performance.

Responded to plumbing issue at residential property built in 1953 where homeowner was installing a new vanity and replacing sink piping. Upon arrival, found that the existing shut-off valves under the sink were leaking, requiring the main water supply to the entire house to be turned off. Assessed the aging plumbing system and deteriorated valve components typical of original 1953 installation. Replaced faulty angle stop valves with new chrome-finished quarter-turn shut-off valves to control hot and cold water supply lines to the vanity sink. Installed new flexible braided stainless steel supply lines connecting the replacement valves to the sink faucet. Verified proper connection of the P-trap drain assembly to ensure adequate drainage and prevent sewer gas infiltration. Tested all connections for leaks under pressure, confirmed proper operation of new shut-off valves, and restored water service to the residence. Cleaned work area and removed debris from cabinet interior beneath sink.
