Responded to service call for kitchen faucet installation assistance. Successfully completed installation of new chrome single-handle faucet on double-basin kitchen sink, including proper mounting, connection of supply lines, and testing of operation. Verified water pressure and system integrity, ensured proper drainage function, and confirmed no leaks at all connection points.
Responded to return service call for Daikin split system experiencing communication error between thermostat and equipment with inadequate cooling. Upon arrival, diagnosed failed control board causing loss of communication between indoor air handler and outdoor condensing unit. Replaced defective control board with manufacturer-approved replacement part that had been pre-ordered. Restored system communication, verified proper thermostat operation, and confirmed cooling cycle functionality. System now maintaining setpoint temperature with all components operating within manufacturer specifications. Addressed customer inquiry regarding surge protection component from original 2019 installation and escalated matter to management for resolution.
Completed preventive maintenance on 8-year-old cooling system with outdoor condenser unit located on patio. Inspected air filter, which showed minimal debris accumulation and remains in serviceable condition.
