Responded to callback regarding ductwork deterioration from recent furnace installation. Upon inspection in attic space, found metal duct joints with compromised sealing tape causing air leakage and reduced system efficiency. Documented condition of rectangular metal ductwork and surrounding HVAC components including refrigerant lines. Assessed tape failure at duct connections affecting airflow distribution throughout system.
Completed comprehensive plumbing membership inspection including full system evaluation of 10-year-old tanked water heater located in basement. Delivered and serviced water softener with salt replenishment as requested. Performed diagnostic testing of plumbing systems using electronic meter equipment and documented existing conditions throughout property, including bathroom fixtures showing rust staining at tub-to-wall seams requiring future attention.
Responded to emergency no-water situation caused by failed water pressure regulator valve in utility closet. Upon arrival, confirmed main water supply was shut off due to active leak at regulator. Replaced defective pressure regulator valve with new unit, ensuring proper installation torque and seal integrity on all connections.
