Responded to service call for multiple plumbing fixture issues throughout the residence. Inspected leaking bathtub faucet, bathroom sink faucet, and kitchen sink faucet to assess repair requirements. Evaluated toilet flush mechanism and identified internal tank components showing mineral buildup and age-related wear affecting proper flush operation. Examined bathtub handle alignment issue where fixture was not sitting flush against wall surface. Assessed existing garbage disposal unit for replacement needs. Inspected dishwasher installation area and associated drain and supply line connections in preparation for upcoming appliance replacement, verifying pipe conditions and confirming proper configuration for new unit installation.

Completed membership plumbing inspection of residential property. Inspected bathroom fixtures including shower system with chrome fixtures and toilet tank components. Evaluated toilet flush mechanism, float assembly, and fill valve operation in response to reported slow flushing issue. Documented condition of internal tank components showing normal mineral buildup and verified water level settings. Assessed shower head water pressure and flow during operation.

Completed full bathroom group drainage replacement involving access through wood panel ceiling from below. Removed existing toilet drain, complete tub waste and overflow assembly, drum trap, and deteriorated sink drainage piping. Installed new ABS plastic individual wye fittings for each fixture to ensure proper drainage and code compliance. Installed new tub waste and overflow with p-trap and chrome drain assembly for bathtub. Set new toilet flange and adapted connections to existing serviceable piping sections for sink drain. All horizontal drain runs completed as planned without requiring additional vertical piping modifications.
