Performed comprehensive cooling system maintenance tune-up on 4-year-old residential HVAC unit. Inspected electrical components, capacitor, and internal wiring compartment, confirming all connections secure and functioning properly. Replaced air filter and verified recent equipment upgrades including ductwork and internal components were operating within normal parameters. System tested and found to be in good working condition with no additional repairs needed at this time.
Completed warranty callback to perform TXV swap and system startup on Lennox EL18KSLV-024 air conditioning unit with CK40CT-30/36B-71 evaporator coil. Successfully replaced thermostatic expansion valve, charged system to manufacturer specifications, verified proper refrigerant pressures, and confirmed cooling operation with full system functionality restored.
Responded to service call for non-operational attic fan with no power or functionality. Upon inspection, diagnosed failed adjustable temperature thermostat controlling the attic ventilation fan unit. Replaced defective thermostat with new professional-grade unit featuring adjustable temperature range from 60° to 120° degrees, mounted to attic structural beam with proper metallic conduit connections. Verified proper operation of attic fan system and confirmed thermostat activates fan at set temperature points.

It was a big project. Replacing a water heater with a tankless. But Adam did a stellar job taking out the old one and installing the new. Even managed to use my use existing flume to vent exhaust, instead of drilling through the wall to vent. Very happy!
