Responded to emergency call for worsening ceiling leak in lower bathroom originating from bathroom above, with ceiling material actively falling. Upon arrival, inspected affected area where homeowner had already removed some drywall and identified soft spots. Confirmed this was a new leak in a different location from previous repair at same property. Removed additional drywall from bathroom ceiling to access source of active water intrusion. Located and inspected plumbing manifold assembly with braided stainless steel supply lines in upper bathroom area. Identified visible water presence and determined leak source from plumbing connections serving upper bathroom fixtures. Documented conditions with photos showing manifold configuration and extent of damage to lower bathroom ceiling and fixtures.
Completed Green Shield cooling maintenance on HVAC system over 10 years old located on west side of property. Performed comprehensive system inspection and testing using calibration equipment, measuring electrical parameters at 380 volts and pressure differentials reading 0.18 and -0.33 on dual port manometer to verify proper system operation and refrigerant pressures. All components inspected, tested, and found operating within manufacturer specifications with no issues reported or identified during maintenance visit.
Replaced aging 50-gallon tanked water heater in basement with new HTP unit due to system failure and lack of hot water throughout the home. Installation included complete plumbing connections with PVC piping, proper venting, electrical wiring, and integration with existing water treatment and filtration systems. System tested and verified operational with all connections secured and digital controls functioning properly.

We had Colton out again because we were still having issues, it ended up being a much bigger issue than originally though. Colton went above and beyond for us, and made sure it was at least temporarily fixed until we can replace the condenser. He explained in detail what exactly was going on and why it was happening, he then took it upon himself to call and check if we still had a warrant through the manufacturer first thing after the weekend, which was wonderful because I wouldn't have even known where to begin. I had the estimate in hand before he called to go over it this morning. We will most definitely be purchasing the new condenser through same day Thanks Colton
We were so happy with our AC maintenance service experience with Colton! He came out right on time, was super friendly, and helped us understand his process and some of things that needed attention. Couldn't be more pleased with him.
Tiernan arrived as scheduled and thoroughly discussed the project - removal of two tanked water heaters and installation of a tankless water heater - with us before beginning work. He described all that was required, obtained the services of an electrician to install a new outlet near the tankless water heater, made adjustments in the placement of new and removal of old gas lines and exhaust vents to accommodate a "cleaner" arrangement of the utilities. He completed the work and cleaned the work area fully before leaving. Excellent service from a very competent and pleasant young man.
