Completed full air conditioning system installation including Lennox EL15KC1-024 condensing unit mounted on new EL3030-3 pad on rooftop location and CK40CT-24B-71 evaporator coil with RDS communicating board 27A03. Flushed and reused existing lineset, retained existing thermostat for system control, and installed 20x25x5 MERV 11 filter. System was charged to manufacturer specifications, pressures and temperatures verified with digital manifold gauges, and unit tested for proper operation with all functions performing within normal parameters.
Responded to reduced water pressure complaint in master bathroom following recent tankless water heater installation. Upon inspection, identified pressure tank and plumbing configuration in basement utility area. System includes blue expansion tank, PVC supply lines, and associated brass fittings connected to recently installed tankless unit. Evaluated water pressure throughout home and traced pressure loss to master bathroom fixtures. Adjusted pressure settings and verified proper operation of expansion tank and pressure regulation components to restore adequate water flow to affected area.

Austin was friendly and efficient and quickly unclogged our shower drain.
So, yesterday the 24th Gabriel the tech from same-day plumbing and heating came out to my house because my basement Il room had flooded. He was professional, courteous, educating without being condescending, and did not force unneeded repairs on me. He helped me get it cleaned up explain explaining that he had to come back today the 25th due to not having the right equipment on his truck he came back today and everything was fixed in under the time that he committed to and everything went smooth I would recommend same-day plumbing and heating to anybody who needs an emergency repair or even a normal maintenance
