Completed full system HVAC installation including Lennox SLP99UH070XV36BK high-efficiency furnace, EL18KSLV-036 air conditioner, and CK40CT-30/36B-71 evaporator coil. Installed S40 thermostat with outdoor sensor, relocating thermostat to opposite side of wall and pulling new control wire from mechanical room to accommodate KSLV unit requirements. Mounted outdoor condensing unit on EL2448-3 pad with proper elevation using riser in narrow side yard access area between buildings. Flushed and reused existing refrigerant lineset, installed 20x25x5 filter cabinet with MERV 11 filter, and connected condensate drain to floor drain using PVC piping. All equipment properly wired, tested, and verified operational per manufacturer specifications.
Responded to service call for thermostat concerns after reported tampering with unit settings. Performed diagnostic assessment of HVAC system operation and measured airflow output at floor register using digital testing equipment, recording temperature readings of 80.6°F to verify proper system performance and air distribution throughout the conditioned space.
Completed comprehensive cooling maintenance on 2-year-old HVAC system including ground unit and basement furnace. Performed standard Green Shield maintenance protocol, inspected and verified clean air filter condition, tested electrical components and measured voltage readings on outdoor unit contactor and relay assembly.
