Responded to a clogged toilet in the bathroom, which was the only toilet in the home. Successfully cleared the blockage and restored proper drainage and flushing function to the fixture.
Installed new electrical outlet in front room per customer request. Ran appropriate wiring, mounted outlet box in wall, and installed standard duplex receptacle with cover plate. Verified proper grounding, tested outlet for correct polarity and functionality, and ensured installation met code requirements.
Responded to customer complaint of insufficient hot water on 5-year-old tanked water heater, with water running cold after two hours of use during evening baths. Performed diagnostic evaluation and tested system water pressure using calibration gauge, recording baseline measurements. Drained sediment from tank bottom, collecting significant volume of discolored water with mineral deposits and debris, indicating substantial sediment accumulation affecting heating efficiency and heat transfer.
