Performed water heater flush on 40-gallon natural gas unit (Model PRO40L-38U RH62, manufactured February 2021) operating at proper specifications with maximum working pressure of 164 PSI. Conducted water pressure testing, water quality analysis, and full plumbing system inspection throughout residence. Inspected attic plumbing infrastructure including PVC supply lines, flow meter assembly with brass fittings, and verified proper installation and support of all horizontal piping runs. Completed drain cleaning service as included in membership benefits. All systems found operating within normal parameters with no immediate repairs required.
Responded to report of AC system leaking and causing basement flooding with unit freezing up. Performed diagnostic evaluation on York HVAC system located in basement mechanical room. Identified refrigerant leak in evaporator coil causing low system pressure and ice formation on unit.
