We had Colton out again because we were still having issues, it ended up being a much bigger issue than originally though. Colton went above and beyond for us, and made sure it was at least temporarily fixed until we can replace the condenser. He explained in detail what exactly was going on and why it was happening, he then took it upon himself to call and check if we still had a warrant through the manufacturer first thing after the weekend, which was wonderful because I wouldn't have even known where to begin. I had the estimate in hand before he called to go over it this morning. We will most definitely be purchasing the new condenser through same day Thanks Colton

Tiernan arrived as scheduled and thoroughly discussed the project - removal of two tanked water heaters and installation of a tankless water heater - with us before beginning work. He described all that was required, obtained the services of an electrician to install a new outlet near the tankless water heater, made adjustments in the placement of new and removal of old gas lines and exhaust vents to accommodate a "cleaner" arrangement of the utilities. He completed the work and cleaned the work area fully before leaving. Excellent service from a very competent and pleasant young man.
