Completed full drain system repipe in crawl space using 3-inch ABS pipe, tying into existing line near front of house and running new drainage to all fixtures throughout the residence. Installed two new closet 90s with flanges for toilets, replaced waste and overflow assembly for tub, and ran new drain lines to lavatory sinks, kitchen sink, and laundry area. Replaced all tubular drainage and shower drain assembly. Cut drywall access points as needed to complete installation. Performed camera inspection of main sewer line to assess condition of remaining drainage system. Tested all new installations for leaks and verified proper drainage function before completion.
Performed comprehensive diagnostic evaluation on 2005 furnace system experiencing multiple critical failures. Identified cracked heat exchanger, blower motor leaking oil and drawing excessive amperage, and capacitor testing below manufacturer specifications.
