Completed preventative cooling maintenance inspection on HVAC system. Accessed air handling unit, inspected internal components and ductwork for proper operation and airflow. Replaced 20x25x1 air filter with new pleated media filter to maintain optimal system efficiency and indoor air quality.
Completed annual cooling maintenance on Bryant brand air conditioning condenser unit. Performed comprehensive system inspection including checking refrigerant levels, cleaning condenser coils, inspecting electrical connections, testing fan motor operation, and verifying proper airflow through the cylindrical cage housing.
