Completed routine maintenance on two HVAC systems located in mudroom and ground level areas. Performed comprehensive inspection of 5-year-old furnace unit, including examination of blower assembly, electrical connections, capacitor, ignition control board, and gas valve components. Verified proper operation of all safety controls, checked wiring integrity across all color-coded connections, and inspected ductwork connections for secure mounting and proper airflow.
Responded to kitchen sink drain clog and successfully cleared the blockage using standard drain cleaning procedures. Verified proper water flow and drainage upon completion, with sink draining freely and no backup observed.
Completed installation of 39-gallon Rheem Professional series water heater in utility space. Removed and disposed of existing unit, then installed new water heater with full code compliance including proper venting, thermal expansion tank, and seismic restraint straps. Installed new water supply lines, shut-off valve, and made all necessary gas connections. Unit was secured to wooden framing with metal strapping, tested for proper operation, burner ignition verified, and all connections checked for leaks.
Taylor came to looks at all plumbing in the house. He was thorough and clear about what he recommended and why. I appreciated his willingness to answer questions. He was friendly and professional.
We had Colton out again because we were still having issues, it ended up being a much bigger issue than originally though. Colton went above and beyond for us, and made sure it was at least temporarily fixed until we can replace the condenser. He explained in detail what exactly was going on and why it was happening, he then took it upon himself to call and check if we still had a warrant through the manufacturer first thing after the weekend, which was wonderful because I wouldn't have even known where to begin. I had the estimate in hand before he called to go over it this morning. We will most definitely be purchasing the new condenser through same day Thanks Colton
We were so happy with our AC maintenance service experience with Colton! He came out right on time, was super friendly, and helped us understand his process and some of things that needed attention. Couldn't be more pleased with him.
Tiernan arrived as scheduled and thoroughly discussed the project - removal of two tanked water heaters and installation of a tankless water heater - with us before beginning work. He described all that was required, obtained the services of an electrician to install a new outlet near the tankless water heater, made adjustments in the placement of new and removal of old gas lines and exhaust vents to accommodate a "cleaner" arrangement of the utilities. He completed the work and cleaned the work area fully before leaving. Excellent service from a very competent and pleasant young man.
