Upon arrival, confirmed water discharged from exposed cleanout opening whenever plumbing fixtures were used. Removed access panel in wall and floor to expose main line. Utilized video inspection camera to assess pipe condition and verify proper drainage flow. Documented existing water damage to surrounding floor and wall surfaces from repeated overflow events. Secured cleanout with proper threaded cap to restore system integrity and prevent further leakage.
