Completed Green Shield cooling maintenance on 8-year-old split system with outdoor condensing unit and air handler located in loft. Performed blower wheel cleaning, inspected blower motor assembly and squirrel cage fan, verified proper operation of all components, and checked electrical connections at outdoor unit. System operating within normal parameters with no reported issues at time of service.
Responded to service call for 3.5-year-old tanked water heater with extinguished pilot light and no hot water production. Performed diagnostic inspection of pilot assembly, thermocouple, and gas control valve to determine cause of pilot failure. Successfully relit pilot light and verified proper flame characteristics and burner ignition. Tested water heater operation and confirmed restoration of hot water supply throughout home.

Tested system pressure using calibration gauge and documented current operating conditions. Recommended complete replacement of phosphate filter assembly and tankless water heater unit. Customer approved recommended repairs and replacement work, with plan to source necessary equipment and return to complete installation.
