Taylor came out after hours and fixed my leaking water heater and the supply line. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and patient and did not show any bit of irritation or frustration with my limited knowledge of plumbing or the late hour he was at my house. I have needed to use SameDay's services several times over the years and they are incredible.  Excellent service and wonderful plumbers!  I am so grateful for them. Update:  Rusty Spencer, HVAC Service Technician, serviced our air conditioning system on Tuesday.  He was very nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and did a great job!  We are always so pleased with the service we receive from the technicians at Same Day. Another Update:  Landon Lindstrom, Plumbing Install Technician, made us very happy today.  He is beyond friendly (charming, in fact) and extremely knowledgeable.  He was thorough and very skilled.  We’ve been dealing with a plumbing issue (leaky bathroom faucet, weak water pressure) for a long, long time and have tried a couple of things to fix it.  In addition to our shower usage, we use the tub for lots of things (bathing our dogs, cleaning filters for a 55-gallon turtle tank, etc.) and it hasn’t worked well for a long time. Today, Landon installed new bathtub/shower fixtures and we are thrilled.  We should’ve done this repair months or even years ago, but today was the day!
