Unit operating within normal parameters with readings at 10.55 volts displayed during testing. Exterior components in good condition with no visible damage or excessive wear noted.

Performed standard preventive maintenance procedures including system performance testing with digital multimeter, inspection of condenser coil fins, and verification of operational parameters. Scheduled follow-up visit to address drain line issue and unit leveling concerns requiring additional service work.
Removed broken kitchen sink garbage disposal and replumbed drain system to bypass disposal entirely. Installed new P-trap assembly with proper fittings to accommodate dishwasher drain connection. Verified all connections were secure and tested system for proper drainage with no leaks detected.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I purchased my air conditioner about five years ago, and unfortunately, after receiving some really bad advice from a previous service provider, I found myself with an AC system that was no longer functioning at all — right in the middle of summer and 100-degree weather. I contacted Same Day, and they were able to get Jorge out to look at my system. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. While the repair wasn’t exactly cheap, I never once felt confused about what I was paying for or why it needed to be done. Jorge took the time to explain exactly what had happened, what was wrong with both my furnace and AC system, and what needed to be done to fix it. He was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, patient, and genuinely helpful. Most importantly, less than 24 hours after meeting Jorge, my AC was completely fixed — and I am happily writing this review from my wonderfully chilly 68-degree house! After such a frustrating situation, I really appreciated feeling like I finally understood my own system and could trust the person working on it. Huge thank you to Jorge and Same Day for the care, education, and excellent service. I absolutely recommend them!
