Responded to no hot water issue at basement shower. Upon inspection, determined shower valve was faulty and preventing hot water flow to fixture while rest of house had proper hot water supply. Replaced defective shower valve with new brass valve assembly, reconnecting supply lines and securing installation between floor joists. During troubleshooting process, main water shutoff to house was required, at which time discovered minor leak at main shutoff valve. Tested system after valve replacement and confirmed hot water now flowing properly to basement shower. All connections secured and installation verified operational.
Responded to service call for air conditioning unit making abnormal noise for approximately one week, suspected to be fan-related. Accessed furnace system located in bedroom crawl space via ladder and inspected air handler unit with ventilated front panel and refrigerant lines. Performed diagnostic evaluation of AC unit located on east side of property through gate access. Conducted visual inspection of mechanical components including heat exchanger, blower assembly, and associated ductwork connections. Documented equipment condition through photographic records showing furnace installation, copper refrigerant lines with insulation sleeves, and system components. Coordinated arrival within requested afternoon timeframe to accommodate property access requirements.
Responded to active sewage backup affecting entire home, with water flooding basement hallway, bathroom, and laundry room. Diagnosed main line blockage causing wastewater to back up through floor drains when washing machine and other plumbing fixtures were in use. Performed camera inspection of main sewer line to identify obstruction location and cause, then completed mainline cable snaking through accessible cleanout to clear blockage and restore proper drainage throughout residence.

Great experience and outstanding service. Eric Kent was the technician who came out to do an inspection on my 23-year-old furnace and although the news wasn’t great, the overall experience was. Eric was respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly and explained everything in detail including pictures of the system and why it was having issues and provided me with a variety of options and answered all my questions.

Andrew did our annual tuneup on our AC unit. He was thorough and explained exactly where we were as far as the condition of the unit and what we should start planning for as it gets older.
