Performed comprehensive evaluation of electrical panel, verifying all circuit breakers, bus bar connections, and interior wiring for proper operation and code compliance. Inspected outlet receptacles throughout property, identifying damaged cover plate requiring attention, and conducted voltage measurements to confirm proper electrical function at all accessible points.
Jackhammered and removed concrete and decorative tile flooring to expose the closet 90 drain fitting. Installed new toilet flange with proper mounting and sealing. Re-poured concrete underlayment in the excavated area to restore proper floor elevation. Cut out existing 3-inch ABS 90 degree elbow and flange assembly. Reset toilet on new flange and performed leak testing to verify proper seal and drainage. Installed new emergency shutoff valve for toilet water supply line. Vanity disconnection was performed as needed to facilitate access to plumbing connections. Drywall remained open for inspection and final finishing work. Tile replacement was not included in scope of work.
Responded to a known ceiling leak that was not resolved during a previous service visit. Upon arrival, accessed the bathroom area where another company had already opened the ceiling to expose the source of the water intrusion. Inspected the toilet flange assembly and surrounding floor area, noting significant water damage, staining, and deterioration around the toilet mounting location. Examined the exposed ceiling fixture above, which displayed extensive rust corrosion on the metal mounting plate and hardware, indicating prolonged moisture exposure. Identified compromised sealing at the toilet base as the primary leak source, with water migrating through the floor and into the ceiling below. Documented conditions with photographs showing the corroded ceiling-mounted components and water-damaged flooring. Customer also reported a potential secondary leak in the laundry room requiring further investigation.

Great experience and outstanding service. Eric Kent was the technician who came out to do an inspection on my 23-year-old furnace and although the news wasn’t great, the overall experience was. Eric was respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly and explained everything in detail including pictures of the system and why it was having issues and provided me with a variety of options and answered all my questions.
