Daren - Riverton, UT 84065
Inspected the kitchen sink area in response to a reported faucet leak with water damage to the adjacent wall, and connected a pressure gauge to the exterior hose bib to test static water pressure. The gauge read approximately 250 psi, far above the normal residential range of 40–80 psi, indicating excessive supply pressure that likely contributed to the leak and puts fixtures and piping at risk of further failure. Documented the findings with photos; a pressure-reducing valve and repair of the leaking fixture/piping are recommended, and the leak is causing damage (Damage tag applies).

Brayden did a great job working thru some issues with my furnace/heat pump configuration. Went the extra mile. Much appreciated.
Samuel - Riverton, UT 84065
Performed a second-opinion callback inspection on the furnace following a prior heat exchanger recommendation. Used an inspection camera to examine the supply ductwork and internal heat exchanger cavity. Duct interior showed light dust and residue with no obstruction. Imaging of the heat exchanger area revealed heavy corrosion and rust deterioration on the perforated component, along with amber and yellow staining and residue streaks along adjacent seams, indicating possible moisture exposure and combustion-related degradation. Findings were documented with photos for the customer's review.

Performed annual plumbing maintenance inspection, including a system pressure test using a gauge at the exterior hose bibb and a water purity test. Flushed the gas water heater through the tank drain valve to remove sediment and verified the gas control assembly and connections were intact. Noted a minor drip at the hose bibb packing nut, indicating the packing nut may need to be tightened or the packing replaced.
