Replaced existing toilet that was experiencing incomplete flushing issues with customer-supplied Toto Drake model. Removed old fixture, installed new toilet with proper sealing and connections, and attached customer-supplied bidet seat. Connected flexible braided supply line to wall-mounted shut-off valve and tested all connections for leaks and proper operation.
Responded to service call for inadequate hot water supply affecting second-floor fixtures in residence equipped with dual tanked water heater system. Performed diagnostic evaluation of both 7-year-old water heaters located in basement. Identified that secondary water heater's gas valve had failed, preventing unit from heating water and effectively converting it into a cold storage tank. Tested pressure and temperature readings to confirm gas valve malfunction. Presented repair options including gas valve replacement or full water heater replacement. Scheduled return visit to complete approved gas valve replacement and restore proper hot water distribution throughout home.
Installed new 3/4" Watts pressure reducing valve in crawl space beneath floor joists, configuring system pressure to 70 psi. Assembly included brass compression fittings, ball valves with blue and red handles, and connection to existing galvanized supply lines to regulate water pressure throughout the residence.
