Residential HVAC Service Technician

Same Day Heating and Air, the leader in Residential Heating and Air Conditioning in Utah since 1955, is searching for 10 experienced, sales minded HVAC service technicians for our growing business. At SameDay Heating and Air, we employ only the best individuals to develop and strengthen our Customer Partnerships. Same Day HVAC Service Technicians are self-motivated, knowledgeable and have mastered the art of putting the customer first in the service process. Exceptional people skills and a professional appearance is a must.

Technician Requirements Include:

• 2 years in HVAC service
• Valid Driver’s License with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI’s
• Must pass a background check, pre hire and random drug screening
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must provide some of your own basic tools
• Must be open to expand your training and experience in HVAC service

Technician Responsibilities Include:

• Service and maintain a variety of HVAC systems in residential Homes
• Providing and presenting repair options and solutions to our Same Day customers
• Having a sales minded attitude while working with our customers
• Continually improving their skill levels by consistent training, self-study and training in our lab
• Having a team first mentality in assisting and coaching other Same Day HVAC Technicians
• Having a “Can Do” attitude towards our company goals and our customers’ satisfaction
