At SameDay, your peace of mind and comfort are important to us. It is our responsibility to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the operation of the new comfort system provided for by us and paid for by you. If you are dissatisfied with the operation of the equipment we have installed during the first year after completion of your new installation, we will promptly correct the problem. If after we have corrected the problems and the equipment is still not operating properly to the manufacturer’s standards, and the manufacturer’s representative has verified its failure and no other alternative is available, upon your written request we will remove the system and refund your money in full. This guarantee applies to only complete systems (furnace, evaporator coil and condenser) installed on the same date by us and does not apply to any partial system installations.


Installation Workmanship Guarantee

Our Installation Technicians are skilled professionals and are the best in the industry. All of our employees are drug free and do their work with skill and speed. They wear shoe covers, cover the floors and clean up when they are finished. They take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or use profanity in your home. They will be polite and courteous at all times. Upon completion, if they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we’ll issue you at no charge, an Energy Savings Agreement valued at $246.00. Should there happen to be a problem, all we ask is that you notify our office prior to the installation technicians leaving your home.


Better Than We Found It Guarantee

We understand that one of the biggest concerns homeowners have when having work performed is that contractors may make a mess and destroy their home. Because of the quality of the installation technicians and our high standards, we can guarantee you that we will leave your home BETTER THAN WE FOUND IT or pay for a cleaning service to come to your home and clean it in its entirety.


Lowest Price Guarantee

Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting corners and pricing it for less. So, it’s important to know what is and is not included in any heating and cooling system you choose for your home. SameDay promises you that you cannot find a licensed contractor with drug free NATE certified employees to provide you a comparable installation with all of our written company warranties for less….or we’ll refund you the difference plus $50.00. All we ask is that the comparison is a published “apples to apples” comparison listing all company warranties and indicating they are a drug free company with NATE certified technicians. Your request must be in writing within 5 business days of signing this document or installation date, whichever is earliest. With your request you must include the original published comparison of the competitor showing the “Apples to Apples” comparison.


Temperature Selection Guarantee

We guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have promised a temperature variance of plus or minus 1 degree at the thermostat. If the desired temperature selection is not achieved, we will make any upgrades, modifications or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you for a period of five years after the installation date, as long as you invest in and keep your Energy Savings Agreement Continuous.


24-hour Daily Emergency Service Guarantee

SameDay is a service company. We are not just another installation sales company. Our technicians rotate on a night call schedule. We even have technicians that work an evening shift. As our name suggests, we are available 24 hours daily, 7 days a week including holidays.
That is 365 days a year, SameDay. Call us any hour of any day. WE WILL ALWAYS BE THERE WHEN YOU NEED US!

We understand that not every piece of manufactured heating and cooling equipment is 100% perfect, 100% of the time. However, we feel our customers should expect to receive 100% of the heating and cooling value they have invested in. That’s why we offer the SameDay NO LEMON Guarantee on our Prestige Collection, Elite Ensemble and Pinnacle Performance Systems. Simply stated, as long as you invest in and keep your Energy Savings Agreement continuous, if your compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years we will install a complete and new outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.


24 Hour Fix It Or Hotel Guarantee

Unlike most companies, we are a service company. We have staff of qualified service technicians that are there to serve you in the unlikely event of problems with your SameDay System. Our guarantee to you is that we will have your Prestige Collection, Elite Ensemble and Pinnacle Performance System up and running within 24 hours of our arrival or we will put you up in the local Marriot Courtyards or comparable hotel/motel.


No Overtime For Life Guarantee

Because you have invested in one of our state-of-the-art systems, we guarantee no overtime charges EVER for any repairs made to your system for as long as you own it.
