Inspected unit and confirmed coil damage through protective guard, noted refrigerant leak and system unable to operate. Provided estimate for coil replacement and refrigerant recharge to restore cooling functionality.

Upon inspection, discovered significant rust and corrosion on evaporator coil copper tubing and deteriorated condition of metal fins, indicating advanced system degradation. Responded to no hot water complaint on 4-year-old Noritz tankless water heater displaying error code 11. Upon arrival, diagnosed ignition failure preventing unit from firing.
