Completed comprehensive Cool 10+ maintenance on two HVAC systems—one with furnace located in attic and AC unit on steep-pitch roof, and second system in basement utility area. Both systems were approximately 15 years old and had not been operated in several years, requiring full diagnostic evaluation and restoration to operational status. Performed electrical testing with multimeter showing 705V reading, inspected all equipment including furnace with PVC venting, ductwork, and associated components to ensure safe startup after extended dormancy.
Completed full air conditioning system replacement including installation of Lennox ML13KC1-024 condenser unit with RDS communicating board 27A03 and 5TXCB003AS3HCA evaporator coil. Installed new EL3030-3 equipment pad, replaced condensate pump, flushed and reused existing lineset, and installed 16x25x5 MERV 11 filter. Performed system startup, charged refrigerant to manufacturer specifications, verified proper superheat and subcooling readings, and confirmed all operating pressures and temperatures within normal range using manifold gauges.

Installed two customer-supplied toilet seats on main level fixtures in master bathroom and secondary bathroom. Removed existing hardware, properly aligned mounting brackets, and secured new seats with appropriate fasteners to ensure stable operation. Both Kohler fixtures are now fully functional with properly fitted seats.
Arrived as promised this morning with a replacement water heater as arranged by Tyler from last night. Did a great job!
