Responded to an AC failure call and performed diagnostic evaluation of the cooling system. Upon inspection, identified a blown fuse in the electrical panel as the cause of system failure. Replaced the failed Bussmann fuse and restored power to the air conditioning unit. Verified proper operation of the system and confirmed cooling functionality was restored.
Responded to reported spongy flooring adjacent to shower area in bathroom. Conducted leak investigation to determine source of moisture intrusion causing structural damage to subfloor.
