With a median construction year of 1999, most systems are now 25+ years old and entering the replacement window. At $122,000 median household income, Clinton families are invested in homes worth protecting, and when something fails, you need a team that responds the same day.
SameDay provides HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across Clinton and the surrounding Davis County communities, all three trades under one roof. We’ve been serving Utah since 1957.

We love serving our customers in Clinton. Don't just take our word for it; here is what your neighbors say about our reliable service.
Clinton sits at 4,393 feet in northern Davis County, with established neighborhoods like Apple Valley Estates and Chestnut Park defining the community’s family-oriented character. Cold Wasatch Front winters, Utah’s hard water, and homes built primarily between 1999 and 2009 create a specific service profile.
Furnaces installed 25 years ago are at the end of their expected lifespan. Water heaters have been accumulating mineral scale for decades. And electrical panels from the early 2000s weren’t designed for EV chargers, home offices, and today’s household loads.
Heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical, handled by one company. No juggling contractors. No conflicting schedules. One team that always knows your home’s systems and history.
Founded in 1957, SameDay has served Utah through three generations of growth. That’s not a marketing claim, it’s 69 years of showing up, fixing it right, and standing behind the work.
Every technician is certified, licensed, insured, drug-free, and background-checked. That means you know who’s coming into your home, and that they’re qualified.

Very nice and quick
Completed annual air conditioner tune-up on residential split system with outdoor condensing unit and indoor furnace. Performed electrical diagnostics on outdoor unit using clamp meter, measuring amp draw at 48 amps on refrigerant lines and verifying proper electrical operation. Inspected outdoor unit components including copper refrigerant lines with insulation, control wiring, brass service valves, and conduit connections. Evaluated indoor furnace system located in basement, checking gas line connections, PVC vent piping, ductwork, and overall system integration. All equipment operating within normal parameters with no issues identified during maintenance inspection.
Completed annual cooling maintenance on residential air conditioning system. Performed comprehensive system inspection including electrical measurements using digital clamp meter to verify proper amperage draw and voltage levels. Conducted pressure testing and diagnostics using dual port manometer to measure static pressures and verify proper airflow across the system. All readings recorded within manufacturer specifications. System operating efficiently with no deficiencies noted at time of service.
Performed estimate on 4-5 year old residential air conditioning condenser unit reported as non-operational. Previous technician from another company had deemed unit non-repairable. Upon inspection, condenser exhibited extensive corrosion and damage to exterior coil and components due to prolonged pet urine exposure. Visual assessment confirmed significant deterioration of condenser coil fins, protective mesh guard showing weathering, and base components displaying heavy contamination and corrosion. Unit positioned on ground-level pad against building exterior with adequate clearance but showing signs of environmental damage and debris accumulation around base. Recommended condenser replacement as most viable solution given extent of corrosion damage to critical components and age of equipment. Presented replacement options to homeowner with emphasis on condenser-only replacement per customer preference, as remaining system components were recently installed. Customer expressed interest

Furnace service
Got service quick and was given many options to choose from, which allowed us to choose what works best for us.
Isaiah was professional, clean and very communicative- he explained things throughout his time looking at all of our plumbing related applications- he provided recommendations and truly gave the “why” behind all of them… some of the recommendations seemed a bit pricy- but he was in no way pushy about them & truly seemed to be thoughtful about what he was sharing
