Responded to emergency call for leaking main water line in basement. Upon arrival, found active leak at main water pipe entry point where line penetrates foundation wall. Inspected existing plumbing configuration consisting of mixed materials including copper piping, PVC, and compression fittings with ball valve shut-off. Confirmed main water supply was shut off at ball valve but leak persisted at wall penetration point, indicating compromise in pipe integrity at foundation entry. Assessed damage to surrounding wall cavity showing deterioration, debris accumulation, and compromised sealing around pipe penetration. Documented existing conditions including exposed plumbing connections, aged copper sections with visible patina, and compromised wall opening with crumbled material. Provided after-hours service consultation and captured photographic documentation of leak location and affected plumbing system for repair assessment.
Completed comprehensive cooling maintenance on 15-year-old single HVAC unit as part of recurring maintenance program. Performed thorough inspection of blower wheel assembly, confirming clean condition of squirrel cage blower with no debris accumulation or blade damage.
