Performed comprehensive cooling system maintenance on a 9-year-old residential HVAC unit. Conducted thorough inspection of indoor air handler, replaced air filter showing accelerated dirt accumulation, and evaluated outdoor condensing unit performance. Verified system operational parameters and confirmed proper cooling functionality in preparation for summer season. All components operating within normal specifications at time of service completion.
Diagnosed and repaired two-year-old AC unit experiencing abnormal noise and reduced cooling performance. Found failed condenser fan motor and severely clogged outdoor coil with heavy accumulation of dust, debris, and lint restricting airflow. Disassembled and thoroughly cleaned outdoor coil, replaced defective fan motor, and restored system to proper operation.
