Completed comprehensive membership plumbing inspection at residential property. Inspected 3-year-old tanked water heater located on main floor and investigated reported leak. Examined bathroom sink drain assembly including black ABS P-trap with compression fittings, connection to vertical drain pipe, and braided flexible supply lines with brass fittings. Inspected toilet internal components including flush valve assembly with blue seal ring, flapper mechanism, and braided stainless steel supply line. Documented all plumbing fixtures and components with photographic evidence for maintenance records.
Responded to service call for loud noise complaint on residential split system air conditioning unit installed in 2019. Performed diagnostic evaluation of outdoor condensing unit using digital multimeter to check electrical components and measure voltage readings. Identified source of excessive noise, completed necessary adjustments, and verified system operation returned to normal sound levels with proper cooling performance restored.
Responded to a no-cooling call at a third-floor condominium unit with balcony-mounted AC system. Upon arrival, performed comprehensive Cool 10+ preventive maintenance inspection including system diagnostics and pressure testing using digital manometer, which revealed readings of 0.05 inWC and -0.06 inWC. Replaced air filter with new unit and completed full system evaluation to restore proper cooling operation.

We were able to get a same day appointment while I was out of town and our furnace went out. Matt Hansen did a wonderful job explaining all of our options and helping us communicate all of this to our landlord as well. Would recommend and will call again if needed.
