Eagle Mountain has nearly quadrupled in population since 2010, growing to over 76,000 residents. Nearly every home in the city was built within the last 16 years, and 71% of households have children under 18. That combination of new construction, heavy daily use, and young families means your HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are under constant demand. New doesn’t mean problem-free, and when something fails with kids in the house, you need a team that responds the same day.
SameDay provides HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across Eagle Mountain and the surrounding Utah County communities, all three trades under one roof. We’ve been serving Utah since 1957.
When HVAC or plumbing problems can’t wait, neither do we. We know HVAC, furnace, and plumbing issues don’t adhere to a schedule, which is why we offer emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All three trades are covered under one emergency line, so call now to get the SameDay solutions your home and family need.
Eagle Mountain’s modern homes are built with higher electrical capacity, but growing household loads from EV chargers, smart home tech, and multiple devices can still exceed original specs. We currently offer $500 off EV charger installation (excludes customer-provided equipment).
Utah’s hard water builds scale in pipes and water heaters from day one, even in brand-new homes. Our licensed plumbers handle water softener installation, routine flushing, and repairs across Eagle Mountain’s newer housing stock.
Eagle Mountain summers push into the 90s. High-efficiency systems keep your home comfortable and reduce monthly utility bills for growing families watching their budget.
Eagle Mountain winters demand reliable heating. Our certified technicians handle everything from routine tune-ups to full system replacements, with most installations completed in a single day.
Whether you’re dealing with furnace failures, burst pipes, sewer backups, power outages, or gas leak concerns, we dispatch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. All three trades are covered under one emergency line.
We love serving our customers in Eagle Mountain. Don't just take our word for it; here is what your neighbors say about our reliable service.
Eagle Mountain sits at the base of the Lake Mountains in western Utah County, one of the fastest-growing communities in the entire state. With a median construction year of 2010 and over 80% single-family homes, the city’s infrastructure is modern but not immune to problems.
New construction systems run into commissioning issues, installer oversights, and the normal break-in period where settings need adjustment. And Utah’s hard water starts building scale in pipes and water heaters from day one, regardless of how new the home is. With a median age of just 22 to 23 years and nearly 40% of residents under 15, Eagle Mountain homes are running systems at full capacity every day.
Heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical, handled by one company. No juggling contractors. No conflicting schedules. One team that always knows your home’s systems and history.
Founded in 1957, SameDay has served Utah through three generations of growth. That’s not a marketing claim, it’s 69 years of showing up, fixing it right, and standing behind the work.
Every technician is certified, licensed, insured, drug-free, and background-checked. That means you know who’s coming into your home, and that they’re qualified.

Performed comprehensive diagnostic evaluation on dual-zone HVAC system, both units approximately 19 years old, with reported lack of cooling and history of refrigerant leaks. Upstairs system assessment revealed blower motor leaking oil, run capacitor testing out of specification, and evaporator coil heavily plugged with debris requiring cleaning. Upstairs condenser unit inspection identified fan motor leaking oil with loose axial shaft, dual run capacitor out of specification, system overcharged with refrigerant, and contaminated refrigerant requiring recovery. We've used Same Day sr4vuce for a while now. They've been the most helpful and have always been able to come out and fix anything We've needed really quickly. The technicians have been great and very knowledgeable.
We were able to get a same day appointment while I was out of town and our furnace went out. Matt Hansen did a wonderful job explaining all of our options and helping us communicate all of this to our landlord as well. Would recommend and will call again if needed.
Excellent service on the AC
We had excellent service for the bathroom faucet and showerhead installation.
Very knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. Great technician.
The service tech was very knowledgeable, provided all the options, and fixed the issue. I would use SameDay again.
Casey Hendrix has come to my rescue in a most professional, respectful, thoughtful, and thorough response with compassion and integrity that was greatly needed in a very stressful situation in my home that was going very badly. He went far above and beyond to meet my needs and restore sanity to an otherwise off-the-rails situation. His work was impeccable. His explanations detailed. There was never a moment of high/pressure tactics or upselling attempts. If you are fortunate enough to have him calling on you resolution of a plumbing issue, you are most fortunate. He’s an outstanding young man indeed. If I owned a service company he is exactly who I would want representing me to my customers.
Thank you for your professional help and service
