Responded to no-cool complaint on single-zone residential system where evaporator coil had previously frozen and was allowed to thaw prior to arrival. Performed diagnostic evaluation of 5-10 year old split system with outdoor condensing unit and indoor furnace/air handler located in utility room. Inspected blower assembly, motor components, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections; verified proper airflow and system operation after thaw period was completed.
Responded to reported leak at toilet base in HOA pool bathroom facility. Upon arrival, inspected toilet installation and identified water seepage at base connection point. Documented existing conditions with photographs showing facility pressure monitoring equipment and electrical infrastructure for reference.

Responded to basement flooding affecting multiple drains including toilet, shower, and laundry machine. Pulled toilet to gain access for camera inspection due to absence of cleanout. Camera and auger investigation revealed that a previously installed water main had pierced the sewer line, causing sewage backup and blockage. Identified cross-connection as root cause of multi-drain flooding issue. All repairs, restoration work, and service visit covered under warranty due to installation error from prior water main replacement work.

We had a small gas leak, just past midnight we set up an appointment for the same day. Our Technician, Colton Creer, brought knowledge, attentiveness, experience, and thoroughness. We got in an overdue sediment trap, tuned our furnace for efficiency, safety, and equipment life extension, addressed the leak, and got top notch directions on paths forward. No corners cut, very well taken care of!
