Skilar was easy-going, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came to give an assessment of what the issue was and left us with information without being pushy at all. My only negative feedback is that the person answering the phone did not listen to my request and made assumptions and then passed me to the wrong person based on those assumptions. Once the technician got out here, the overall service was much better.
