Completed scheduled Green Shield cooling maintenance on 2+ year old HVAC system located on east side of property. Performed standard maintenance protocol including air filter inspection, electrical diagnostics measuring 5.08 amps and 127 volts at compressor unit, and visual inspection of all accessible components. System operating within normal parameters with no issues reported or identified during service visit.
Completed preventive maintenance on two Goodman HVAC systems, both under 5 years old, located in basement mechanical room. Performed comprehensive cooling system inspection including filter check, refrigerant level verification, electrical connection inspection, condensate drain line evaluation, and thermostat calibration on both units. All systems operating within manufacturer specifications with no reported issues or deficiencies found during inspection.
Responded to report of no hot water in middle floor bathroom fixtures while rest of home had normal hot water supply. Investigated PEX manifold distribution system and identified closed isolation valve preventing hot water flow to affected bathroom. Opened valve at manifold to restore hot water to sink and shower. Completed annual plumbing maintenance inspection including water heater evaluation and system pressure check.

He explained all of our options on what to do after the blockage was removed and the pros and cons of each to help us make an informed decision on what would work best for our family.
