Diagnosed thermostat control issue preventing system operation and inspected blower motor assembly within air handler, noting normal operational wear and dust accumulation. System restored to proper cooling operation with thermostat communication verified and functional.
Completed comprehensive Cool 10+ preventive maintenance on residential HVAC system with 10-year-old Lennox furnace and condensing unit. Inspected and tested all major components including furnace operation, blower assembly, heat exchanger, Honeywell humidifier, and ductwork connections.
