Found outdoor unit ventilation grille obstructed with accumulated debris including grass clippings, pine needles, and organic matter restricting airflow to condenser coil. Cleared debris from grille openings and inspected heat exchanger fins, which were found intact and properly aligned. Restored adequate ventilation to condensing unit, improving heat rejection capability and system performance.
Completed comprehensive maintenance inspection on 10-year-old HVAC system per membership agreement. Performed full system tune-up including inspection of outdoor condensing unit and indoor furnace components. Thoroughly examined electrical compartment, control board, capacitor, and all wiring connections for proper operation. Verified previous refrigerant leak repair and confirmed system is holding charge with no active leaks detected. Tested all electrical components, cleaned condenser coils, checked refrigerant pressures, and verified proper system operation. Amazing service
Successfully removed gas and wood stove from interior space and capped off the gas supply line to ensure safe disconnection. Verified gas shutoff at exterior meter assembly, removed appliance, and properly terminated the interior gas pipe stub with appropriate cap fitting at floor level near wall corner. System tested for leaks and confirmed secure shutoff to prevent any gas flow to the abandoned line.
