Returned to site to complete warranty replacement of evaporator coil on 2.5 ton system. Initial callback was due to system not starting and pressure test confirming no refrigerant in system. Replaced ADP evaporator coil (2.5 ton, 17.5"W) that was installed in 2023 and covered under warranty. Verified refrigerant line connections, performed leak check on new coil installation, and confirmed proper system operation. System tested and operational upon completion.
Responded to emergency shower valve failure where handle would not shut off water flow, requiring main water shutoff to the home. Cut access hole through subway tile wall to expose valve assembly mounted on backing board. Replaced defective shower valve cartridge and tested operation to ensure proper water shutoff functionality was restored.
Responded to a known leak in the front yard outdoor sprinkler water line. Upon inspection, identified a corroded 90-degree fitting approximately 10 inches below grade as the source of the leak. Performed excavation to expose the affected section and assessed the overall condition of the existing galvanized piping. Due to advanced corrosion and deterioration of the pipe, completed a full line replacement from the leak point to the sprinkler box. Removed old galvanized piping and installed new water supply line with proper fittings and connections. Backfilled excavation and restored work area upon completion.

He was able to get my drains working again, all the while providing ample amounts of valuable information to inform our next steps with our specific situation. He worked quickly and efficiently and was always happy to answer any questions I had. He was even great with our dog!
