Inspected water heater installation, verified proper venting through flexible duct, checked condition of copper and PEX supply lines, and confirmed all connections were secure without visible leaks. Noted significant frost and ice accumulation on HVAC refrigeration lines in mechanical area, indicating possible refrigerant leak or system malfunction requiring separate HVAC service attention.
