Tooele has grown over 20% since 2020, making it one of the fastest-expanding communities in Utah. At 5,112 feet in the Oquirrh Mountain foothills, the city faces colder winters and harder water than many valley communities, and its geographic separation from the Salt Lake metro means you need a service team that actually reaches Tooele quickly, not one dispatching from 45 minutes away.
SameDay provides HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across Tooele and the surrounding Tooele County communities, all three trades under one roof. We’ve been serving Utah since 1957.
When HVAC or plumbing problems can’t wait, neither do we. We know HVAC, furnace, and plumbing issues don’t adhere to a schedule, which is why we offer emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All three trades are covered under one emergency line, so call now to get the SameDay solutions your home and family need.
Growing families mean growing electrical demands. We modernize panels, install EV chargers, and upgrade wiring to support today’s household loads. We currently offer $500 off EV charger installation (excludes customer-provided equipment).
Utah’s hard water accelerates mineral buildup in pipes and water heaters. In Tooele homes built during the 1990s, water heaters are now approaching or past their expected lifespan. Our licensed plumbers handle water softener installation, routine flushing, and full system replacements.
Tooele summers push into the 90s. A properly maintained cooling system keeps your home comfortable from June through September, and high-efficiency replacements reduce monthly utility bills.
At 5,112 feet with mountain exposure, Tooele winters hit hard. When your furnace fails, you need it fixed the same day, not a truck dispatched from the other side of the Oquirrhs. Our certified technicians handle everything from routine tune-ups to full system replacements, with most installations completed in a single day.
Whether you’re dealing with furnace failures, burst pipes, sewer backups, power outages, or gas leak concerns, we dispatch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. All three trades are covered under one emergency line.
We love serving our customers in Tooele. Don't just take our word for it; here is what your neighbors say about our reliable service.
Tooele sits at 5,112 feet on the western side of the Oquirrh Mountains, separated from the Salt Lake Valley by the range itself. That geographic isolation is the first problem. If a company dispatches from Salt Lake, you’re looking at 45 minutes on a good day, longer in winter. When your heat goes out at 5,000+ feet in January, that matters.
The second problem is the housing stock. With a median construction year of 1993, Tooele’s homes are hitting the 30-year mark. Furnaces installed in the 1990s are losing efficiency or dying outright. Water heaters have been fighting Utah’s hard water since before some homeowners were born. Electrical panels sized for a 1993 household can’t keep up with today’s demands.
Rapid growth has added newer subdivisions, so the city is running two timelines at once: aging 1990s systems that need replacement and brand-new construction that needs proper maintenance from day one. With 80% homeownership and the Tooele Army Depot anchoring the economy, these are homeowners who take their properties seriously.
Heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical, handled by one company. No juggling contractors. No conflicting schedules. One team that always knows your home’s systems and history.
Founded in 1957, SameDay has served Utah through three generations of growth. That’s not a marketing claim, it’s 69 years of showing up, fixing it right, and standing behind the work.
Every technician is certified, licensed, insured, drug-free, and background-checked. That means you know who’s coming into your home, and that they’re qualified.

Yes. At 5,112 feet, Tooele sits higher than most Salt Lake Valley communities. That elevation means colder winters, longer heating seasons, and furnaces that work harder per cycle. Proper system sizing and twice-yearly maintenance (fall before heating, spring before cooling) are essential for reliable performance.
Most likely. Homes built in the 1990s are now 30+ years old, and original furnaces, water heaters, and electrical panels are at or past their expected lifespan. If your system requires frequent repairs, runs unevenly, or your utility bills keep climbing, a system assessment can tell you exactly where things stand.

Responded to service call for 20-year-old R-22 system with non-operational compressor and outdoor fan. Upon inspection, found outdoor condenser unit with significant debris accumulation on coil fins and grille surfaces, restricting airflow. Performed diagnostic evaluation of compressor and fan motor operation, assessed electrical components, and documented unit condition with photos showing heavy dirt buildup on exterior housing and louvers.
Removed existing water heater and installed new 40-gallon Rheem gas water heater with all code-required upgrades including proper venting, expansion tank, earthquake straps, new copper supply lines with flexible connectors, and new shut-off valve. Installed pressure reducing valve to address home water pressure of approximately 100 psi and bring system within optimal 50-70 psi range. Tested unit for proper ignition, heating function, and all connections for leaks; confirmed system operational and safe.
Completed installation of 40-gallon residential water heater with all code-compliant components including proper venting system, thermal expansion tank, and earthquake restraint straps.
