Responded to a clogged drain issue in a downstairs bathroom where the sink drainage was causing the adjacent laundry drain to overflow and flood within 30 seconds of running water. Cleared the blockage in the drain line, replaced the P-trap assembly with new white PVC components and proper fittings, and tested the system to verify proper drainage flow without backup to the laundry area.
Completed Gold Cooling Maintenance on single-system residential HVAC installation. Performed comprehensive maintenance on Lennox furnace located in basement and outdoor AC unit in backyard, both with easy access. Inspected air handler cabinet, verified condensate drain lines and PVC venting connections, checked electrical connections and safety controls, cleaned components as needed, and confirmed proper system operation.
Responded to reported leak under kitchen sink initially suspected to be from copper solder fitting. Upon inspection, diagnosed actual source as deteriorated galvanized kitchen drain line showing active water seepage. Assessed plumbing configuration in utility space beneath sink area, including supply lines, shut-off valves, and drain assembly.
