Completed annual membership plumbing maintenance visit including water pressure testing, water quality analysis, water heater flush, and drain cleaning service. Installed gas line connection and dryer vent hookup for newly installed dryer in laundry alcove, connecting to existing gas valve and establishing proper ventilation to exterior. Water pressure measured at acceptable levels using calibrated gauge at exterior hose bib, all washing machine supply connections verified for proper operation, and plumbing systems inspected throughout property with no issues identified.
Returned for callback on 4-year-old AC unit that failed to operate following previous service visit. Diagnosed failed Lennox compressor with squealing noise reported on initial call. Confirmed compressor covered under manufacturer warranty with replacement unit in stock. Communicated warranty approval and parts availability to office for scheduling of compressor replacement.
